The Heritage on Merrill

The Heritage combines the comfort, independence and privacy of your own apartment with the security and access to personal, professional care 24 hours a day. In addition to your private apartment, each individual can use the community living room, library/den, patio, beautiful sunroom, large dining room and whirlpool bath. The Heritage offers many services and amenities to meet your individual needs. The Amenities and Services our Tenants Receive Include:

Certified Nurse Assistant on-site 24 hours a day to
assist tenants, answer questions and respond to calls.

A Licensed Nurse on-call 24 hours a day.

Daily personal care services.

Assistance with self-medication and bathing.

Group and individual recreation and social activities.

Three home-cooked meals each day prepared in a full service kitchen and served family style in the dining room.

Housekeeping and laundry services.

Access to health care professionals for additional services, if needed, such as: home health care, physical or occupational therapy, etc.

Assistance available to schedule local transportation.

Security access into facility in evening.

Emergency call system in each apartment answered by on-site staff.

Smoke-free environment.

Apartment Options
The Heritage on Merrill Avenue offers two floor plans: Studio Apartment – $2375.00 per month; One-Bedroom Apartment – $2450.00 per month for a single or $3500.00 per month for a couple. Each apartment is warmly decorated with:

Kitchenettes with refrigerator and microwave (some handicap accessible)

Easy-to-operate, emergency call service

Private bathroom with handicap accessible shower

Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
