Glendive, Montana, November 14, 2013 - The Glendive Medical Center (GMC) Foundation is pleased to announce that the GMC Tree of Lights celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, December 3. The celebration is planned to remember loved ones who have passed on or to honor someone special. Proceeds from this year's event will be designated for the GMC Hospice Program to purchase a new hospital bed that can be loaned out for home use to Hospice patients.

The ceremony will commence with a soup supper and fellowship at 5:30 p.m., which will be a special time for families and friends to visit and share memories. The program will begin at 6 p.m., which will include music by the DCHS Chamber Chorale, a Hospice message and the reading of the names of family and friends honored on the Medical Center's large Lobby Christmas tree.

The event will take place in the GMC Carney Center. If you would like to attend or contribute in honor of a loved one, please contact the GMC Foundation office at 406-345-8996. Angels and snowflakes are $20 per name and lights are $10 per name.
