GMC Hires Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Glendive, Montana, March 2, 2017- Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is pleased to announce Ericca Berry, Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner (DNP), has joined the medical staff at GMC. "I am so excited to move to Glendive and serve the wonderful pediatric population I have grown to love over the last 5 months as a traveler. The community has welcomed me with open arms and I have never felt more at home. I am eager to work with such a wonderful pediatric team to grow the pediatric medical services here at GMC."
Ericca received her Master's degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Wichita State University. She worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for seven years before going back to complete a pediatric residency program at Driscoll Children's Hospital. Ericca earned her Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics from the University of South Alabama. The last several months she has been providing temporary coverage at GMC.
Ericca has 17 years of pediatric experience which includes working as a pediatric hospitalist, in a pediatric emergency department, and in a large children's hospital in Wichita, KS and Dallas, TX. She will be collaborating with GMC Pediatrician's Dr. Potter and Dr. Harris to provide both inpatient and outpatient services. "Having three pediatric providers that are dedicated to serving Eastern Montana will benefit many children and families."
