Family Practice Physician Joins Glendive Medical Center

Glendive, Montana, August 3, 2018 - Glendive Medical Center (GMC) is pleased to announce that Curtis Campbell, DO, has joined the medical staff at GMC and Gabert Clinic. He will provide comprehensive Family Health Care Services for patients beginning August 3rd . "I am excited to practice in a rural area ", states Dr. Campbell, "I really feel Glendive is a great fit for me and I was drawn to the friendliness of the community along with the caring atmosphere at GMC. We came here in negative 26 degree weather for my interview and fell in love with the hospital and community. I enjoy the outdoors and my family and I have already purchased a home".

Dr. Campbell grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia and completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He went to medical school at Georgia-Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia and recently completed his residency at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville. Dr. Campbell is board certified in family medicine and holds professional memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is also fluent in Spanish after living in Chile for two years. 

Dr. Campbell and his wife, Kelli, along with their two young daughters, Lucy and Maggie are looking forward to building their life in Glendive. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with each other and exploring the beauty Glendive has to offer. Dr. Campbell also hopes to take a few welding classes at Dawson Community College, "I like working with my hands and welding is something I have always wanted to learn."
