Why Choose Senior Life Solutions at Glendive Medical Center?
At Glendive Medical Center, we understand the unique needs of older adults in our community. Our Senior Life Solutions team combines clinical expertise with a warm, supportive environment where participants feel safe, respected, and heard.
How do I know if Senior Life Solutions is right for me or my loved one?
If an older adult is experiencing ongoing sadness, anxiety, withdrawal, or difficulty adjusting to life changes, an assessment can help determine whether the program is appropriate. Our team will talk with the individual and, if permitted, their family or caregivers to understand their needs.
Do participants need a referral from a doctor?
Referrals are welcome but not always required. Family members or older adults can contact us directly to start the assessment process. Our team will coordinate with the primary care provider as needed.
Can participants continue seeing their existing doctors?
Yes. Senior Life Solutions is designed to work alongside a participant’s current medical providers. We keep them informed, with consent, to support overall health and wellness.
How long do people typically stay in the program?
Length of stay varies based on individual needs and progress. Many participants attend the program for several weeks to a few months, with regular reviews of their treatment plan.
